For solo agents and small teams
The lead you answer in five minutes is the lead you keep.
Elite RE CRM sends the email, sends the text, and puts a real phone call through to every new lead inside five minutes. While you are on a showing, at dinner, or with a client. Overnight leads get the whole sequence the moment the day opens, not a text at 2am. Then it runs the follow up for the next twelve months so nothing in your database goes cold.
$199 a month. The HighLevel platform is included. You own the account, the contacts and the automations, and they come with you if you change brokerages.
The problem this solves
You are not losing deals to better agents. You are losing them to faster ones.
A lead that fills out a form is talking to three other agents inside the hour. Whoever calls first usually wins, and almost nobody calls first, because the lead came in while you were at a showing, at dinner, or asleep. The follow up problem is not a discipline problem. It is a coverage problem, and software fixes coverage.
Speed to lead, all three channels
Email at zero seconds, text at sixty, phone call at two minutes. The ladder is held inside your quiet hours, so a lead that lands at 2am is answered first thing instead of being woken up.
An AI assistant that actually books
The call is not a recording. It asks about timeline, price range, pre approval and area, writes the answers onto the contact, and books straight into your calendar. It switches on once you attach a phone number and accept the calling terms, which we do with you at setup so you hear the first call yourself. It is told, in writing, never to quote a home value, never to advise on schools, safety, or who lives in a neighborhood.
The database you already have
Past clients get a purchase anniversary touch and a yearly value update. Sphere contacts get a monthly market note. Twelve months of buyer copy and twelve months of seller copy ship written, so the follow up runs whether or not you feel like writing this month.
A home valuation page that captures sellers
A homeowner enters an address, gets a real automated valuation with comparable sales and an estimate of what they would net after commission and closing costs, and lands in your seller pipeline. You get told the moment they open it.
Open house check in that is not a clipboard
One QR code per property. The visitor checks in on their phone, the property they walked through is stamped on their record, and the follow up starts that evening. One page works for every open house you ever hold.
The transaction runs its own calendar
Once a deal goes under contract the system watches inspection, appraisal, loan contingency and closing, and reminds the right people at seven days, three days and the morning of. Then it asks for the review and, three weeks later, the referral.
Straight answers
What this is, and what it is not.
Real estate software gets oversold constantly. Here is the honest boundary, in writing, before you pay anything.
It is
- A complete HighLevel account, set up for real estate, that you own
- Automated property valuations and market statistics from a licensed property data provider
- A follow up engine: 24 campaigns, buyer and seller tracks, transaction deadlines, review and referral asks
- An AI voice assistant for inbound and speed to lead calls
- Your CRM, contacts, calendars, texting, email, forms, funnels and reporting in one account
It is not
- A home search portal. Listing search is a $100 add on that runs on your own subdomain, not something the CRM does by itself
- A source of MLS listing data in its own right. Every feed runs on an agreement your broker signs with your local MLS, and that step exists no matter who you buy from
- A replacement for your transaction coordinator or your broker's compliance system
- A lead source. It answers leads brilliantly. It does not buy them for you
- An appraisal. Every valuation it produces says so on the document
See it, do not take our word for it
This is the document your seller gets, in full.
Not a mockup and not a marketing render. It is the actual output of the valuation engine, with the addresses swapped for examples so nobody real is valued on a sales page. Open it and scroll the whole thing.
Sample report. Real engine, illustrative property. Open the full report.
The bit worth noticing
It gives three prices, not one, and it says what each one costs you in time. Most valuation tools hand a homeowner a single number and no idea how it was reached.
It also shows its working. Every nearby sale it threw out is listed with the reason, so a seller can see what the number is not built on.
And when the sales disagree too much to support a range, it stops offering a price at all. A confident number that is a hundred thousand dollars wrong does more damage to an agent than no number.
Listings, and the part nobody explains
Your listing search runs at your address, not ours.
MLS search is an add on, and here is exactly how it works before you ask. It matters, because most of this category is vague about it on purpose.
homes.yourdomain.com
A subdomain of the domain you own, with a real page for every property that a search engine can actually read. Not a widget that only renders for a human and disappears from the page source.
Your broker, always
MLS display rights belong to the broker and reach an agent through them. That is national policy, not a rule of ours, and any vendor implying they can grant it is describing your broker's licence as their feature. We do the application; your broker signs it.
Into your CRM, in seconds
A buyer who searches on your site is a contact in your own pipeline immediately, with the five minute follow up already moving. Most listing tools drop leads into their own system and leave you to bridge it.
Two things we will not tell you, that you will hear elsewhere
We do not own the listing technology. We use an established MLS data provider, we will name them before you buy, and the price you pay us reflects that. And we will not tell you a subdomain passes its full search ranking to your main domain. Vendors say it constantly and Google does not document it, so we treat it as unproven rather than as a selling point.
Setup
A scheduled build, not a self serve signup.
The account is built from a snapshot, so the pipelines, fields, forms, campaigns and calendars arrive already made. Most of it lands inside a working day once we have your answers. What is left is the part only you can answer.
You tell us who you are
Name, brokerage, license number, market, the cities you work, your commission and closing cost assumptions. Fifteen minutes on a form.
We build the account
Snapshot restore, then your details are written into every campaign, page and document at once. Your calendars, your booking links, your valuation page.
We test it on you first
We push a test lead through your live account while you watch it move. Nothing reaches a real lead until you have seen your own system do it. That is the rule.
Two things need a human, and we would rather say so now
The AI phone call needs a phone number attached to your account, which is a purchase you make inside your own account and costs about a dollar a month plus usage. And the outbound calling assistant has to accept the calling terms once, in the interface, under your name. We cannot do either of those for you, because both are legally yours to agree to. Both take about five minutes and we do them with you on the setup call.
Where the money is
Priced against one deal, not against other software.
$199 a month is $2,388 a year. On a median Bay Area sale at a two and a half percent side, one extra closing pays for the system for several years. The question is not whether the software is cheap. It is whether answering every lead in five minutes is worth one deal a year to you.

|---|---|---|
| CRM and pipelines | $50 to $300 a month | Included |
| Email and text follow up | $30 to $100 a month | Included |
| Home valuation lead magnet | $50 to $200 a month | Included data on your own free account |
| Booking calendars | $15 to $30 a month | Included |
| AI answering and booking | $100 to $400 a month | Included |

Costs shown are typical published ranges for comparable tools, not quotes. Phone, AI call and property data usage run on accounts you hold, billed at provider cost with no markup from us. What that means.
Questions people actually ask
Before you buy.
Do I own this, or does it belong to my brokerage?
Nothing here belongs to your brokerage. Your contacts, calendars, workflows and phone number are yours, and if you change brokerages nothing has to move, which is the main reason agents leave a brokerage provided CRM. To be exact about the rest: the account runs inside On Point Tech HighLevel agency. If you leave, you export your contacts and your conversation history, and we help you do it.
Is the AI going to sound like a robot to my leads?
It sounds like a competent assistant, and it says it is an assistant. It is not allowed to pretend to be you, and by law it has to disclose that it is an AI voice. If a lead asks for a human it stops and hands them to you. If that trade is not one you want, turn the call step off and keep the email and text.
What happens if the AI says something wrong about a property?
It is prompted with an explicit list of things it will never do: quote a home value, promise a sale price, give legal or loan advice, or answer questions about schools, safety, or who lives in an area. That last group is a fair housing line and it is enforced in the prompt, not left to judgment.
Where does the valuation data come from?
A licensed property data provider that supplies automated valuation estimates, comparable sales and market statistics. It is not an MLS feed and it is not an appraisal, and every document says both.
Can I change the emails and texts?
Yes. Every campaign is a normal editable workflow in your own account. The copy ships written so you are not starting from a blank page, not so you are stuck with ours.
What if I already have a HighLevel account?
Then you already have the platform and this becomes an install into your existing account instead of a new one. Say so on the form and we will price it as a build rather than a subscription.
How do I get out?
Cancel any time, month to month. You can export your contacts on the way out. We will not hold your database hostage, and we will say plainly that a snapshot based system cannot be moved to a different platform intact.
The next lead is going to come in at a bad time.
Have the system that answers it. Setup is done with you, and you watch the test call ring your own phone before it ever touches a real lead.
