Pricing

Four lines, and nothing to buy out if you leave.

The CRM stands on its own. The website and the listing search are add ons you take when you want them, not tiers withholding the feature you came for. The AI call is in the base price, where it belongs.

Get set up

Setup is scheduled, not instant. We build it with you.

What you own directly, and why we are telling you

Three things are metered utilities. You hold the account for each, you see the meter, and none of them passes through us with a markup. Pretending otherwise means either a padded price or a nasty surprise in month two.

  • Phone number and call minutes. Roughly a dollar a month for the number, then per minute for calls and per message for texts. A busy solo agent typically lands in the low tens of dollars a month.
  • AI call minutes. Charged per minute of actual AI conversation. A qualification call is usually two to four minutes.
  • Property data. The valuations run on your own free account with our data provider, set up during onboarding in about five minutes. The free tier covers roughly 20 full valuation reports a month, which is more than most solo agents produce. If you outgrow it, you upgrade your own plan and nothing else changes.

The last one is deliberate and it is worth a sentence. If we bought the property data centrally, every customer would be drawing on one shared monthly allowance, and the month it ran out it would run out for everybody at once, without warning, in the middle of a seller conversation. Your own account cannot be drained by somebody else's busy month.

Honestly not included

  • MLS listing search, in the base price. It is a $100 add on and it needs a signed agreement between your broker and your local MLS, which is a step no software vendor can skip
  • Leads. This answers leads faster than anyone. It does not buy them
  • Ad spend, if you run ads out of it
  • A designed website, in the base price. You can build one yourself in the included site builder, or we build you seven to nine pages for $3,000 plus $250 a year hosting
  • Transaction coordination as a service. The reminders are software, not a person

The add ons

Take these when you want them, not to unlock something.

Both exist because agents kept asking for them. Neither gates anything in the CRM, and dropping one later does not break the rest.

Modern luxury website

$3,000 once

One time, including the listing search setup. Then $250 a year for hosting. Not a setup fee against a contract, and not a licence that ends when you stop paying.

  • Seven to nine pages, designed and written for your market, on your own domain
  • MLS listing search at homes.yourdomain.com, setup included
  • The home valuation page, wired to your CRM
  • Three rounds of revisions, then $100 each
  • Live in two to three weeks once everything is agreed
  • Yours at the end. Nothing to buy out, ever
How the build works

MLS listing search

$100 / month

Added when your MLS approves the feed. Not before, and you are not billed for it before.

  • Real search and a page per property, on your subdomain
  • Search leads post straight into your CRM and start the follow up. No Zapier, no manual export
  • We set the MLS application up with the listing provider and walk your broker through signing it
  • We do not own the listing technology and we will name the provider before you buy
  • Some boards charge the broker a feed fee. Most do not. We will tell you which yours is
Ask about your board

A full build with listings is $3,000 once, then $299 a month for the CRM and the search together, plus $250 a year for hosting. Extra pages are $500 each. You buy and hold your own domain. There is no minimum term on anything and no fee for stopping.

The maths

What one deal covers.

Not a promise of results. Just the arithmetic, so the decision is about coverage rather than about price.

If your average sale isAt a 2.5% side, one deal isMonths of Elite RE CRM
$400,000$10,00050 months
$750,000$18,75094 months
$1,200,000$30,000150 months
$2,000,000$50,000251 months

Illustrative arithmetic at a 2.5 percent commission side before any split. Your actual split, brokerage fees and market will differ. This is not a projection of results and no result is guaranteed.

Before you decide

Look at the work before you look at the price.

This is the valuation report the seller side produces, in full, from the real engine. Illustrative addresses so nobody real is valued on a pricing page.

Real output, not a mockup
A seller valuation report showing an estimated value of $1,790,000, a confidence note, and three pricing strategies with days on market and net proceeds for each.

Fine print, up front

The questions that usually come after you pay.

Is there a contract?

Month to month. Cancel whenever. There is no setup fee and no minimum term.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You export your contacts and your conversation history before you cancel, and we will help you do it. Being straight about the limit: the automations and pipelines are built on this platform and do not transfer to a different one intact. That is true of every snapshot based system, ours included.

Do you take a cut of my commission?

No. It is a software subscription. We are not a referral network and we do not take referral fees.

Can my team use it?

Yes, users are unlimited. If you have a transaction coordinator, an assistant or an inside sales person, the system has a place for each of them and routes the right task to the right one.

I already pay for HighLevel. What then?

Then you have the platform already and this becomes an install into your account rather than a new subscription. Tell us on the form and we will price it as a one time build.

Is there a free trial?

Not a self serve one, because an account nobody set up is an empty account and you would judge the product by a blank screen. What there is instead: setup happens with you on a call, and you watch a test lead ring your own phone before you commit to a second month.

Who actually supports this?

On Point Tech Solutions, in Los Gatos, California. Email ml@optechsol.llc. Small enough that the person who built it is the person who answers.

Ready when you are.

Tell us about your business and we will book the setup call.
